What “Return to Sender” means

“Return to Sender” (RTS) means the article could not be delivered — due to wrong/incomplete address, repeated failed attempts, refusal, or non-collection — and is now travelling back to the sender's address. Tracking continues until it reaches the sender.

What happens next

Delivered back to the original sender.

Tip: If you are the sender, expect the item back; if you are the recipient, contact the sender to re-book with a corrected address.
